For a non-wedding event up to 4 hours, in Huntsville for up to 250 guests, $600.00
Wedding Receptions up to 5 hours, in Huntsville for up to 250 guests, $900.00
Wedding Ceremony located at the same venue but requiring a separate sound system, $300.00
Wedding Ceremony located at the same venue and not requiring a separate sound system, $175.00
Provide sound and assist with Ceremony Rehearsal $75.00
Special situations which will require an additional equipment or relocation will be discussed

Mileage Fees


For distances over 20 miles the fee is $1.00/mile based on a one-way trip + $15/hour of driving time

Over 120 miles, a lodging fee is added

Additional fees for special events or services, will be discussed as needed.

We will normally invest 12 to 30 hours to your special event but it may appear that you are only paying for "4 hours". Consultations, music purchasing & editing, preparation, set-up and tear-down, and other business related endeavors add up to the overall success of your special occasion.

A retainer, ~ 1/3 of the total cost for the booking is required to hold the date for your event, the balance is due on or before the day of the event.
The retainer is non-refundable, if the booking is canceled within 30 days the event.
exceptions may include, rescheduled events, "Acts of God", or venue problems.
